Job offer to settle Milton harassment case

MILTON — A former secretary who accused Milton town Supervisor Daniel Lewza of harassment was promised a $40,000-a-year job with Saratoga County under a settlement agreement that was recently ordered unsealed by a state Supreme Court justice. Lewza's former secretary, Theresa Wilson, never accepted the unspecified county job with. Multiple county officials, including its human resources director and Stillwater Supervisor Edward D. Kinowski, board of supervisors chair, said they were unaware of the town's agreement and how it would have been executed without potentially violating hiring practices or state civil service law.
