Faces of Faith: A shining night centered on love

LORRIE MARCH Background: She was born and raised in Oakville, outside Toronto, Canada. She has a bachelor's degree in art and history from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and a master's in education from Regent University in Virginia, an evangelical Christian school that focuses on "Christian leadership to change the world." She met her husband, John March, online. They were both teachers at the time and swapped ideas over the internet, then on the phone and finally met in person. They married, had two children and moved to Colonie in 2011 when John became principal of Our Savior's Lutheran School on Mountain View Avenue in Colonie. Lorrie teaches English, art and religion there.
